Separate general terms and conditions apply to our engagements for developers and initiators (reference to/where to find the general terms ‹to complete›); in case of conflict, those prevail for the relevant engagement.

You use our services only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with the law. You may not circumvent security, extract data at scale through automation, disrupt the service, or access data you are not entitled to. Credentials linked to an account are personal and confidential.
3. Intellectual property
The website, applications, design, texts and underlying software are owned by Prophys or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property rights. Without prior written permission you may not reproduce or publish them, except as permitted under an engagement or by mandatory law.
4. Availability
We make every effort to ensure good availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change or (temporarily) suspend the service.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in our general terms and conditions (limitation/cap — e.g. to the engagement fee or the insured amount ‹to complete›). We are not liable for indirect damage or for the use of general information on this website; see also the disclaimer.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the district of Oost-Brabant, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
